Visa for a family reunion.

C2 visas are issued:

to the persons, who are family members of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
to the persons, who are family members of the ethnic Kazakhs and former compatriots, receiving the temporary residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (with the validity period not less than 2 years),
to the persons who are family members of the foreigners and stateless persons, permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the business immigrants.

2) to the ethnic Kazakhs (in the presence of documents, confirming their national identity), who temporarily reside in the Republic of Kazakhstan and entered the educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
