Office Hours: 

The consular section is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 09.30 am to 12.30 pm for application and from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm for collection of documents.

Wednesday - nonreception day.

Saturday, Sunday, and holidays by Kazakhstan calendar are days off.
